Automatic passage handling - PATENTED
Husqvarna Automower® automatically senses narrow passages and finds its way even through the smallest passages. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid unpleasant tracks.
Balance control
Automatically detects and notifies if imbalance in the cutting system occur to ensure trouble-free and silent operation. Imbalance could be caused by missing, double mounted or damaged blades.
Spiral & Spot Cutting
Spot cutting
Spiral Cutting is an enabled feature that allows cutting disc sensors to detect when the mower enters an area with higher grass. Once detected, it switches cutting technology to a systematic spiral pattern until the grass height is even. Spot cutting can be used when you have an area of longer grass you manually want to cut. For example, if you move a piece of lawn furniture you can place the mower where it once was, enable spot cutting and when it’s done, Automower® will move on to the rest of your lawn.
Smart Connections with IFTTT
Use Smart Connections in the Automower® Connect app or create your own flexible routines with IFTTT to integrate Automower® even more into your smart home. Perhaps you want your mower to park when your kids come home from school or when the weather forecast shows heavy rain? Or perfectly synchronise it with the weather? IFTTT (“If This, Then That”) is free and easy to use.
Rewilding Mode
Rewilding Mode is designed to let nature back into your garden. When activated, it automatically allocates 10% of your lawn to a rewilding zone. Automower® will leave this area untouched for as long as you want and you can rescale, reshape, move or remove the rewilding zone at any time. This feature is available on the following models: 405X, 415X, 430X NERA, 435X AWD and 450X NERA and users will be notified about the update via the Automower® Connect app. 430X NERA and 450X NERA need a boundary wire installation to use Rewilding Mode.
GeoFence
If the mower is moved outside the predefined area, you will be notified in the app, minimising the theft risk. Simply use the Automower® Connect app to define your mower’s GeoFence area, and you will always know where it is.
